We want you to love your CALPAK gear, but if it's not the perfect fit for your journey, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small processing fee is deducted from refunds to cover return shipping costs.
Start Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unused items back in their original protective packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
